If you’ve ever played Chess, you know that the most numerous piece on the board is the pawn. When a strategy is being played out, Pawns are the piece most likely to take a hit ‘for the better good’ of the strategy. It is the same with our current Government Shut–down.

As we near the 30-day mark in the standoff between POTUS Trump and SOH Pelosi one thing that has become obvious…Pelosi is acting with the ‘old guard’ who really have no reason for not wanting a Wall. The claim of the wall being frivolous or that there is a better way are now falling on deaf ears as we’ve seen no real solution coming in from the left. Is it that they don’t want a secured boarder? No, It seems they just don’t want POTUS , Donald J. Trump to get the kingpin of his campaign, the promise of a Border wall. Why? 2020. As it becomes more likely the Democratic Party will run a candidate such as Elizabeth Warren, it seems they are now running scared of that prospect of putting someone in the ring with Big Bad Donald, so they are now posturing to try to take a notch out of the man who is still making America Great Again.

Stock markets are stabilizing as Trump is looking to patch up the Trade agreement with China, Gas it at an over a decade low, Unemployment- down...seems we have the right man…er….’person’ in Office. Today on talk radio (NPR) , I heard a Doofus refer to Trump ‘s taken out of context by the left statement, “There were good people on both sides” …CLEARLY meant to state that their were good people on both sides of the confederate statue debate, not that there are good people in the Far Right Supremacy groups and Antifa. Every time I hear that statement made by the left I want to scream “ARE YOU REALLY THAT DESPERATE?”, but I restrain, and usually just inwardly chuckle to myself. It’s like watching a chess match where some one does a Queens-Rook-switch, having no clue, but it looks so darn cool.

Back to our point at hand, SOH Nancy Pelosi has even now had her personal home invaded by groups whom want to make refuge there. If your’ going to talk the talk Nancy, you better be ready to walk the walk. Nancy’s own home does have a large fence surrounding it. She seems to get quite upset when someone illegally invades her space. ‘Check’

Today’s talk is that Pelosi wants POTUS to delay the State Of The Union address as she is concerned about the safety of the President and the members of Congress. Problem is that Secret Service assures us that they are more than ready and able to provide more than adequate protection. Is this just another posturing move with the American Pawn Public in Nancy’s game of Chess? The Dawg here see’s that as Nancy flailing to prevent the inevitable…a powerful speech, more support , a cry for the boarder wall and ‘Check-mate’ 2020.

So much wrong with "It's a Wonderful Life" it's waiting for the snowflake patrol to ban the lewd Holiday classic.

Little did Frank Capra realize back in 1946 that his film about a man who finds the spirit of the Holidays in finding his self worth would 70+ years later be a target of the sensitive left.

Lets just review a small portion of this flick:

The main bad guy in the film Mr. Potter played brilliantly by Lionel Barrymore steals money that he knows doesn't belong to him...heck, he knows it belongs to the forgetful Peter Bailey. SHAME!!!! But...that's just the beginning. Lets move on to the child beating (George Bailey himself!) by Mr. Gower the Pharmacist....That brutality would get you in trouble and add his attempted drug-over-dose murder of some innocent customer as Gower was in a bad mental state.... wow!..

So we have that scene and Georges still a little boy trying to impress the town's two little girls, Mary and Violet, who both grow up 'hotties' (Pardon my opinion , hopefully I didn't offend you with it...) Violet show her premeditated future in her comment to Mary...

Mary: "Oh, You like ALL the boys..." Violet : "Why do I have to choose? "

" Would you like to?....Yeah I'd like to..." George Bailey speaking with Ernie the Taxi driver and Bert the Cop...

These two little girls do grow up in Bedford Falls and and Violet is a bit of a floozy. As she passes George, Ernie and Bert in a little flirt with George, Violet walks away missing out on the boys 'locker room talk' of Presidential proportions. More wow....just wow....

We have the pool scene with a couple of "bully episodes". First George tells Mary's date Freddie Othello (Yes he does have a name and he's played by Carl 'Alfalfa' Schwitzer of "Our Gang" fame!) getting told to stop being so annoying as George steals Mary away and then of course the retaliation by Freddie as he opens the pool to catch George as he Charleston's with Mary. Brutal!

Then it's onto Mary and George. George a bit of an older man is told by sweet mother to go visit Mary Hatch as she's back in town. George stops by and Mrs. Hatch is none to pleased by it. See, she is shopping her offspring to Sam Wainwright who's going to be 'successful' unlike that George Bailey....

'What's going on down there? ", inquires Mrs Hatch.

"It's George Bailey Mother, Mary says, "and he's making passionate love to me..." WHAT!

Is Mary now accusing the confused George Bailey of a rape! We're not even half way through the movie and the sensitive youth of today are tuning out....it's way too sexual and violent for them....

Well the movie touches on attempted suicide, Angels (religion) and drinking.Child abuse, spouse abuse and.....oh and in the alternative life Violets a hooker.(no surprise there...hey, she doesn't have to choose that way!)

So much 'WRONG" in this movie....a black house maid? That Housemaid is also the only black in Bedford Falls. George's forceful introduction to Mary at the library ? The abuse of Gower as an ex felon?

I'll stop now....there is more, but we've already offended way too many Snowfla...er 'Sensitive people' . Way to go Capra....

Just when you thought the NFL Protest couldn't sink any lower, the NBA's LeBron James has his .02 to add fuel to the fire...

"In the NFL, they got a bunch of old white men owning teams and they got that slave mentality," -LeBron James-

So LeBron, tell us how you really feel.

When I heard this crazy statement, I first thought about the 'Legacy' argument. James v Jordan. Here's why Jordan will always be the G.O.A.T. ....Mike may have been a Jerk....but he wasn't a crazy jerk like LeBron. Mike understood where he could and couldn't go. Well, except baseball, but that's another blog for another day.

James has decided that once again, he is the authority for the common man because, well he gets paid oodles of dollars to 'shut up and dribble'. (Thanks Laura Ingraham/Fox Sports.) . LeBron, after all, knows all about things like the NFL and even politics - > see his tirades on POTUS. Why does Lebron feel he has the right to tell the country how to think....I mean....he didn't even finish High School for Petes sake! But...apparently, if you earn a lot of money for a talent you managed to cultivate into a living, you get to talk down to others and claim to be great and the grand poobah!

Never mind that Lebron plays in the NBA and not the NFL. Never mind that the dust has settled on most of those insane kneeling protest which still make no sense to me since the 'leader' of this protest is not black (he's mulatto), has never been held down by the man or apparently 'harassed' by the police...matter of fact he was raised in Wisconsin by a affluent white family after his birth mother gave him up for adoption to give him a chance at a better life. ...so now instead of one loony wanting to speak for the asylum, we have two.

Why can't the NFL players speak for themselves if they feel the owners have a slave mentality? They are all big boys (really, really big!) so I think they can handle their own battles and not have to rely on Benedict James for a mouth piece. (Happen to decide you can't make it in LA either? ..time to move on and leave another city....'Mr. Loyalty'.

Yeah, you sound like someone I'll take advice from.

LeBron,....as an Old White Guy (well not that old...but yes....that white.) let me , The Real Georgia Dawg, speak for America. SHUT UP AND DRIBBLE.
